Our office is located in the Percival Plaza complex at 626 Columbia St. NW, Suite 1D, Olympia, WA 98501, across from the Fiddlehead Marina. From the street, you can see our firm sign and an arrow pointing to the right towards our front entrance, located in the left side of the breezeway,
There are a few spaces directly across the street from us with two hours of free parking, but they are not always available. Most of the parking in the area is metered, with which you may use change, parking cards or credit cards. We do not keep cash in the office.
Please do not park in the lot behind the building. That parking is reserved for tenants and your vehicle may be towed.

Travel on Columbia St. NW towards the Farmer’s Market, just past the Budd Bay Café restaurant on your left, and “B” Ave NW on your right. Our office building is the second building on the right side of the street in the Percival Plaza complex, across from the Fiddlehead Marina. Our address is 626 Columbia St. NW. From either North or South I-5, take Exit 105 towards State Capitol/City Center
Merge onto 14th Ave SE
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on 14th Ave SE (0.2 miles)
Turn right on Capital Way S (0.9 miles)
Turn left onto “B” Ave NW (1 block)
Turn right onto Columbia St. NW
626 Columbia St. NW is the second building on the right.
